Cancellation Policy.
Due to the high volume of requests, Dripify requires a payment to secure appointments. This payment is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule your appointment with more than 12 hours’ notice, the payment will be applied to your new booking without requiring an additional payment. Credit card information is securely stored through our online payment processing software, Square. Alternative methods of payment for the remaining balance are accepted at the time of the appointment. If rescheduling within less than 12 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If our staff cannot reach you at the time and location of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
